Paid for game & does not load, just kicks me back to iPhone home screen. How do I get refund????

I dont like your new update. I loved it where you could use a little joystick thing.Now youve just ruined it. I still want you to make it to where you can costomize your bull. If you want more stars, do what I asked and change the game back and make the bulls customizable!

Could you please make it so that I can customize my bull. Thank you. I love the game. Also could you please make the joystick controls interchangeable with the current controls.

NEEDS AN UPDATE!! I love the game but it needs an update, you should do the thing where you can have othet bulls come and suport you at least 2 other bulls be there and attack with you, then it would be way more fun. Also you get to costmize all of the bulld and you should be able to mabye tap one and you can be that one in the game but lets say in the middle of the game you want to switch, you could tap the other bull with you figer and switch to that one, anyone agree? Please fix and ill give 5 stars

This god forsaken waist of gigs hardly even works it crashes every time I go into the app FIX IT !!!!!
